That is my point that beeptool claims is nothing but claims. They have no capacity to pay nor do they have any reason to pay SAS.
Beeptool will pay the ISP.
Its customers will pay the ISP.
The ISP is then hopefully going to pay SAS.
If the ISP deem the data packets to be too small and unprofitable then nothing would be relayed through the satellites. Thus SAS earns nothing.
Effectively, SAS IPO is about putting "virtual cable" in space. Nothing more nothing less. The worse part is that it has no moat or competitive advantage other than allegedly cost. If impoverished people turns out to be unprofitable customers then effectively SAS is dead before it begins.
