All,
Thought I would do a quick comparison between the top 20 holders for 2016 / 2017.
Top 3 remained the same: Meir, Meidad & Yonatan.
The amount of shares have increased while the holding has declined by less then 1%.
Out of the top 20 holders for 2016 - nine have retained their interest in the top 20. There has been movement as well.
One investor has reduced their position by 33%.
Two investors (Citigroup & JP Morgan) retained a large stake.
Citigroup has increased their position from 9,697,232 to 17,371,888 shares
JP Morgan has increased their position from 7,995,876 to 24,168,668 shares
Six other investor has retained their holdings with no movement.
There are 8 new investors in the top 20 in 2017. Of course I can not see if these 8 have held some share before and bought more or were brand new (everyone can make their own assumption here).
Number 4 on the list currently I presume is the CR that we had @ 0.19c and as far as I can see the position is for 48,000,000 shares.
One investor in the top 20 is one of the 3 owners. This gives him another 10mil shares and places him in front of the other two - so now he hold 280 mil shares in total which is 17.55% (as far as I can see).
What I liked about this analysis is that big corps are showing interest and are backing it up with accumulating more shares. While we are focused on the micro these guys see the macro and are scooping up.
Another point I saw that if in 2016 you needed just under 5mil shares to be in the top 20, in 2017 you need over 7 mil shares.
Everyone is welcome to asses their own hedges here and conclude their own assumptions.
Just thought I would share
