I am merely posting what I think is likely to happen. The Chinese and the European consortium aren't in this to build the railway....that's for sure.

In practice, the major shareholders will take the cash tomorrow (IMO).

We will know how they vote when we ever get to that point.

More importantly, a 100% asset equity buy-out means the end of any JV. It's a takover. Sundance won't own the assets or the infrastructure.

Crucially, if the board recommends a 100% asset takeover deal, then there is a better chance of it being accepted.
