jukie, why are you trying to stop my ability as a Lynas SH to buy more shares today or tomorrow?
The press conference is after Aust trading hours so OS markets will have the opportunity to trade the news well before us so why are you trying to stop Aust SH's trading in anticipation?
Aside from that Lynas has to play by two sets of rules:
1. It needs to justify a TH with information likely to have a material effect on the SP.
2. If it admits to such news re TOL it will totally compromise the AELB and the Opposition will have a field day. Most likely result would be the AELB cancelling the Ann. and with holding the TOL for another month or so.
Please think these things thru, or get some advice, before launching these ridiculous actions.
