The AELB had been doing weekly updates/Press Conferences on Lynas during March/April and then they ceased for a time whilst the Appeal was being dealt with.
The drop down box before this latest stated that they had ceased such updates for a time (words to that effect) and now they have stated that they shall re-commence. Perhaps because the appeal has been heard and the PSC has presented it's findings and been debated in Parliament.
If Lynas are saying that I would say that it is simply what they have been told by the AELB....
Too many read far too much into things IMO
But I DO hope it is granting of TOL but at least it is a step closer....
Remember that the Public have to still be informed and educated with regards to the 2 additional requirements and earlier requirements..
