Hi everyone. i have e-mailed the US company at: [email protected] again. I e-mailed a few weeks back and got no reply. I find it highly irregular that they can be trading over there. Given the recent decision re administration, if they are actually a going concern where does it leave us?
Is there any legal way to recover money if they start selling in the US?
I didn't believe all of the conspiracy theories as it moved towards administration...however if they start making sales in the US I may have to eat some (all) of my words.
This is freakin ridiculous...I've lost over A$500,000 and these guys may have just walked away with the company..WTF??!!!! Does ASIC even have a say in this anymore if they are in the US?
