    I agree with SynQuasi, the employees would've been working same full-time hours as usual. Number of completed BlueGens ready to ship is increased inventory.

    I don't think people need to get paranoid. It's a shocking 1Q Report, no doubt - but we all know that customers were waiting for the Subsidy to "go live". I'm expecting 2Q to show a significant ramp-up. Completed installations will bring in revenue.
