i was starting to expect a big attack in a short report given the quantum of the short increase. a drop shipper that has some shipping issues, possibly one or two dodgy suppliers in their network which represent a tiny fraction of sales and some people who have struggled with the returns process.
big ol' meh. weak sauce. probably will flush a few nervous nellies out today but you could write this exact same report about farfetch and eBay
