Just wanting to know from those who use E-Superfund how long they take each year to get your tax and books etc done. I am thinking of moving to them because they are half the price and possibly more likely to get back to you promptly if you have any questions (not financial advice). I am wanting to start an allocated pension from 1 October, so need an actuarial certificate and revaluation of the fund from that date. I believe they change your trust deed when you move to them also. Ours is 12 years old, and seems to me to still cater for all that's required, but my current accountant said it should be changed to pay the pension.
Any advice is most appreciated.
