Got a reply from Gary.
Apparently the Board has taken the view given that they announced they were in active advanced discussions that it would be innapropriate to announce anything at all right now - even a general update.
He also said to please not construe this that anything has been signed - as it hasn't.
He mentioned that as a major shareholder he is very comfortable with the progress TSI India are making.
So discussions continue and Gary is happy with their progress.
Good to hear that from him and at least we know not to expect an update, just news as soon as a deal is done.
FA could improve at any time, should continue to rise on TA at the moment as that chart is looking hot.
