Well it only took me 5 phonecalls, about two hours of waiting on the phone and around 45 mins on the phone trying to explain that an order that is completed in the market is not classed as a partially filled order lol.
BUT, it would now appear as though my e-trade is back to normal, balances, stock holdings etc and all back to where they should be.
Until the next meltdown i guess....
