Hi Swarby
My mail on this is that there is indeed a big seller in there and until they are gone their will be pressure on the SP.
My understanding is that the seller is a relic investor who goes back to the original listing of Nimrodel. If it is the party I think it is they have no involvement whatsoever in the management of WKt and no interest in whether it succeeds or fails. They certainly have no special knowledge or insight about WKts prospects.
I have no idea why they chose this point in time to exit, however after 40 years of involvement with small exploration companies as a stockbroker, corporate advisor, Director and investor, I would say simply say that the current market for small exploration companies is the worst that I have ever seen , which is probably the best explanation for what seems bazarre.
I would compare wKT at the moment to a dice game where if you can throw a six in 3 throws you get paid out at 20 times your money and if you cant, then you lose it.
Kigoma is the first throw of the dice and it is coming soon. The fact that WKT want to find JV partners for the coal project and the PGE prospect, but not for Kigoma tells me that they think it is their best chance.
I will take those odds every day, but I suspect that most punters are now too scared to even do the math!
