I'm sticking with etrade for now and will see what it's like on the new platform. (Fortunately I didn't lose out anything in the recent down days and am not a high volume day trader.) I like the interface and features of Etrade Pro and find the phone support quite good, in the main.
I'm hopeful that the new platform will be able to cope with high volume days.
