    Yes, it is definately a Big Pond problem that would appear to be in QLD only.
    I have rang both & that is basically what they are saying.

    I use both Etrade Pro & Etrade Power & can't log into either.
    I only recently cancelled my back-up ISP as I have never needed to use it for well over 12 months. Doh.
