That valuation is a joke... Apollo is getting a sweet deal on this. As a long term holder, I really hope that the focus the next 2 years will be on maximizing shareholde value as opposed to management manuevering for their own benefit.
I have talked at length in previous posts about the incentives in place for Apollo to raise assets, I hope this happens. Week after week their are articles talking about the flow of assets back into alternatives, now is the time to raise assets, not 2012 and not 2013, but right now.
