Whilst Baldhill was under the administration of Liatam these last few years, the ownership of the Lithco2 tenements is a real question mark now. During that time, tenements were transferred in and out between Bloomier Resources and Lithco 2.
This is likely to become a centerpiece of legal actions going forward now that MIN is the owner of the Lithco2 tenements. Those tenements transferred to AKE may also fall under this now.
TOR tenements will be OK. None of those were obtained from Bloomier, Lithco2, or Liatam. What I did want to highlight is that those two tenements are very close to mapped pegmatites to the west and could potentially also have mineralization.
