Depending on what this new ore body is like, it may open up possibility of direct shipping quality ore or with minimal processing and therefore much reduce capital requirements. A contractor may be able to mine and process it with standard equipment and start generating cash.
It certainly reduces any project risk associated with the ore sorter performance.
It will be very interesting to see what happens from here.
