My read on it is that MD was not happy with his scatter gun approach as Wes seemed to be looking all over the place and that is a sure way to use up your cash reserves quickly.

We all know it's a high risk game that needs some early luck to avoid running out of cash and having to keep doing cap raises at a discount to top up...

I think it's good MD has given him a shake up to focus on getting some quick wins hopefully soon..

As for the interview compared to previous ones he did not seem as confident that's what I think everyone has observed. yes is is a geologist don't forget ))
