I've asked around its not up and running yet. I'm not sure if others exist anywhere else in the world. But if it's still incomplete no one knows if it works. There would have to be a clause in contract that it works or money refunded 10 million dollars I recall. No one would be that stupid to part with that sum without a guarantee but then you never know.
