Does anyone know the share price for this transaction ? I'm baffled they needed this deal given from there very own update they had secured a substantial $US dollar debt facility. Maybe it vanished! These articles on e-waste consistently talk about the mountain of e-waste growing in Australia but we are not seeing it flow thru Sircels doors based on there own numbers 4252t this morning. They are clearly nowhere near there own described capacity. The positive growth in most world markets and the demand for metals[Especially recycled metals] would point to a great time to IPO.A robust discussion by the board with the shareholders is well overdue It is time the Directors fronted up and delivered a pathway to IPO for all shareholder's. These type of questions need to be tabled by all shareholder's at the upcoming AGM. Another key question is what's going on with the BRP plant. At a cost of around $10 million why is this equipment not up and running creating revenue for shareholders this question also needs to be answered at the AGM
