Not sure how long you have held for but going back to the days when the company was ESM there were a lot of representations made by the two Kiwi guys who said they had the leading tech. They themselves could not get permitting in the UK. I remember sitting in a room and they could never give anyone a straight answer on the tech. As I understand you can't monetise the output from the BRP easily due to the carbon content. From what I was told directly I believe that the two Kiwi guys have misrepresented on various things and should face the legal consequences.
Disagree that the company is in a weaker position, I think the sooner Sircel can get away from Circular Resources the better, they don't need to use the technology given Sircels own process. Agree though that the communication should have been way clearer about the BRP. I would like to see legal action against Circular Resources.
