these are all valid points above and there's obviously been some speedbumps and delays along the way but I cant think of a single startup that's had a flawless dream run from entry to exit
I think that the big picture strategy here is certainly very much intact and you dont get to sign up bluechip customers like Telstra, Optus NBN etc, and get backing from the likes of Kilara and major mining funders for $50m if you're not doing something right. Irina's addition to the team will hopefully keep things focused on revenue expansion and the path to profitability. Im seeing it as an operation that's maturing from tech startup stage to infrastructure play stage.

Id say Sircel is somewhere in between Stage 4 and 5 per above diagram
Further, I see Close The Loop (ASX:CLG), who are in plastics recycling, was recently the subject of a takeover by a PE group, which is a telling sign that there is money out there from institutions looking to deploy significant funds into circular economy players. Hopefully focus is now on accelerating revenue growth from the existing sites and demonstrating long-term earnings [potential at least], as this is what will attract attention from the market/cashed up major industry partners, and get us closer to Stage 6.
