Snobbish some points are valid, but you have always had an axe to grind with this company from the outset. If it was making money, you still would not be happy. You should actually ring management and ask to have a site visit to give you more understanding of the business.@silkroad88 100% agree with you@Tarvold a site visit will give you more of an understanding of the business
