I called the Department of Mining today and personally spoke with one of the officers mentioned on the 'objections' list on MTO...I'm pretty sure he thought I was from WC8 as after checking his emails, correspondence and subsequently confirming there was no update from the Wardens Court last Friday...he apologised and referred me to my representing lawyers...
