E46 is very far from the DMS processing plant.
Even in wet season, transporting alluvial gravels there would be inefficient as the roads get boggy. This E46 trial mining leads me to suspect that they will get a second DMS plant and position it at E46. They have the funds now and it would make sense for them to install the second DMS later this year before the next wet season.
