Your the one who seems to get offended. Its somewhat amusing as MR BROKE has really put a cat amongst the pigeons and has given you cause to work overtime in defending management. His points and arguments in regards to managements poor performance, especially in regards to creating shareholders wealth are valid and justified. Understandably it puts you in a very difficult position to defend his argument, as your just an average joe with no alterior motives, but i admire you standing up and defending management performance and choices made by management to enable retail shareholders to also create wealth, n ot just SI and the brokers. I do find it awfully amusing MR BROKE has no intention of going anywhere even though he says he might from time to time as he must drive you absolutely insane as he has a major disliking to management and what makes it very difficult for you, is he backs his arguments with facts. He pretty p.....d about losing his lunch money here and im sad to say i dont think he going to forget about it any time soon, so you probably need to keep your guard up as im sure he will be looking to kick a goal when the opportunity arises.
