Dunno, the only thing i can assume is WILL got a pretty good deal out of TOM, raising capital at .003 when they were trading at 1.2 at the time and free opitions just for a cherry on top. Deal didn't work out great for existing shareholders i feel. Kind of wakes you wonder the metrics and valuations INYATI use to provide capital at 25% of the price the company was currently trading at.I understand there discounts but then there DISCOUNTS
