Board members Rolf Hansen and Thorsten Kraemer are very experienced battle horses from the matured european MVNO businness. I assume the acquisition of Vaya has their blessings. Furthermore
AYS founders have still lots of shares locked up and the previous owners of Vaya will put their shares in voluntary escrow for 12 months. Therefore I do not worry about the Vaya deal.
