It is the current intention of the Board to declare interim dividends in respect of half years ending 31 December and final dividends in respect of subsequent half years ending 30 June each year, in Australian dollars.......It is the current intention of the Directors to target a dividend payout ratio of between 60% and 80% of amaysim’s NPATA.
