Absolutely, total rubbish. There is no flow-on. A 5.1% rise in the minimum wage means nothing for those already on higher wages or under Agreements. Labour shortages should already be delivering higher wages in the private sector. In the public sector they generally deliver service cuts until politicians approve higher wage offers.
