    Platinum...I am getting out of my comfort zone when dealing with medical science and dont want to mislead.

    From the vast amount of information available all I can say is that endothelialization takes place on the tissue material as the body populates the scaffold with its own cells. I have seen that in the company animation that uses the heart material as the case.From anectdotal information the same thing happens where the adapt treated tissue is used in heart valve repair.

    Whether the tissue stitched in place to become part of an artery or major vascular structure resturns the same result I do not Know but my layman understanding and logic says that would be the case.

    if endothelialization of artery tissue does not take place the CSIRO paper discussed today indicates that the tissue can be used to populate stem cells thus achieving the same outcome when this is researched further.



    The input of our medicos in here would be appreciated.
