Platinum..i googled images of cadiocel...its one of the images...as a layman all I can say is that it is obviously patch material used deftly to close a major piece of body "plumbing" ..eg as Admedus plan to use it in aneurysms and caratoid endarterectomies.
A bit scary but I thought it time to bring the reality of the tissue patch repairs we are talking about to the eyes of some fellow posters here who may like me at the start just be imagining this...
