In short Intec's stockpiles of EAF dust remain a resource and not a liability.
Intec is still looking to maximise value from the dust.

One possilibity I can think of is that they will come to some arrangement with BSM to include the dust when they commence processing their ore perhaps in a similar manner when Polymetals were running the mill.

Then again there is that new patent application for the Galvanising Project. Perhaps the EAF dust is included in its recovery circuit somehow.
I think I am correct in saying that the original intent by Intec at Hellyer was to utilize the EAF dust as one of the inputs in the hydrometallurgical recovery circuit of the plant that was to be constructed there.
