So the question to ask is how much are you prepared to pay for that project now?
Buying AKK today!!! your paying 5% or $15mil to receive the equivelant of $210 mil in todays dollars over the next 30 years.
Fairly compelling proposition in my view.
Of course the risk is the project must perform in line with the numbers on a bit of paper.

all infrastructure is in place please refer some GIS pics I posted a couple of weekends ago. The thing we dont know is when the GODDAMN FRAC TRUCKS will be onsite. No production till fraccing occurs.
