I have really been confused with this SP at the moment - I take their recent announcements as pretty positive (or at least, informative with minimal downside). The company seems to have accumalated lots of new dirt/resources and has in place good drilling processes. It simply seems like a matter of time before they start hitting the good stuff and producing some more....
Surely gas prices will head up from here as production picks up in the US over comoing months/years. Heading into northern hemisphere winter which should provide upward prices in the shorter term. Looks liek the compnay is set for a few years of drilling and making money....
I'm not sure why the drop in SP... of all the stocks I hold I regard this one as a pretty safe longer term hold....although I could be wrong, maybe someone knows something that we don't!
I'm holding - got them in the bottom drawer for a few more months and then I'll re-assess.
