I am asking if such a disclosure was made by the Broker, not by LeDerp.
LeDerp is not the broker.
But iby nference in Le Derp's making of the proxy disclosure it could be interpreted (and was in my case, having not read the publication in question) that LeDerp is possibly suggesting no disclosure was made by the publisher of the report
Hence, logically, the question.
