It would be my ideal arrangement have the Hories in a JV and leave the verticals to ourselves. The verts could act as producers and test wells for Hories if it looked good then the Hories could be drilled off the same pad and by the time they had put a bend in for the lateral it would be outside the verticals drainage area.
