Very strange game by the Eagles. Let Essendon run free but man up when the ball is going towards your own goal.

Masten wasn't the only one giving the ball away as I believe Mcgovern was the biggest offender with kicks that grubbered and totally missed the target.


Just one of those games where they didn't play with any urgency at all. Obviously they are going to have look at why they play badly against the lower sides. It is almost as if they think they are going to win and by the time they realise the other side is playing better than them it is too late.

Very disappointing.
