Spoke with my US contacts and they confirmed that EagleView are the largest seller of geospatial imaging in the US.
Spookfish have the best capture rates more than any other commercial geospatial system on the market and can do it cheaper at 30,000 feet. Better quality than satellite images.
Very interesting that EagleView are going to take the maximum of 19.9% equity in this deal, before a takeover has to be triggered under Australian law.

Essentially once the commercial trend is confirmed EagleView will be better to acquire the remaining Spookfish shares and this could happen late this year or early 2017.
Upside will not be too crazy but could be worth 50-70 cents
