Don't believe anything stops an entity buying EAR shares @ say 33.5 cents then selling those same shares a little later to NST @ 33 cents. BUT there damn well should be.
However most of us understand, the ASX does NOT provide a level playing field. Along with ASIC being just a toothless tiger. Ripping of shareholders can be done with ease and with little chance of ever getting caught out.
