After the “settling” of SQMs “issues” in Chile I can’t see any reason why they won’t be going full steam ahead with developing Mt Holland and the associated refinery.

If you read the Blue Ocean report on KDR I’m not so sure a resource upgrade will make a huge difference to the share price. We already have a defined resource for decades of mining! What I think will make more “action” share price wise is a definitive timeline for the commencement of mining and refinery construction, especially if there is any hint of the timeline being brought forward. Pretty sure somewhere in a KDR presentation somewhere there is a timeline going forward but I don’t have the time to find it atm.
