assuming there are more experienced people on this forum than I when it comes to capital raisings would somebody please walk me thru the general steps of a capital raising with respect to C@ current sp and them wishing to fund their plans for Octobers drilling.

For example if C@ release details in next week or so re finalisation of purchase of the licenses, taking into account current sp value, and the fact that any CR will be for the benefit of drilling Octoberish, what are some of the possible scenarios that might come into play.

i would love to hear some peoples thoughts on this matter being a newbie to this all.
