So have I Gary, I've been here since last year and CEO forms a sizable chunk in my portfolio.

But what would the ann state? That he has sent the paperwork over to the vendor and just waiting for a response?

He doesn't seem like the type to release anns with every step he takes.

And if there's a confidentiality agreement, then there's no spin around it - did you think he would release information to ease the minds and hearts of the impatient just to jeopardise the transaction?

And as hc99 has clearly demonstrated, all it took was a phone call to ease the anxiety for the anxious.
