In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10.5, the Company advises that following the receipt of shareholder approval on 26 June 2013 it has today issued to Yong Sheng Mining Company Ltd 10,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of $0.05 per share."

As long as Exergen is ok track to List I am happy. Looks like all on track according to this announcement today.

Maybe Prospectus tomorrow I hope? Me and BR expected it 9 days before GM on 15 August but BR later said he saw a document which showed prospectus being lodged 7 days before GM which is tom..
