Interesting that Exergen/CAG didn't appear to buy into the rumour at all even though they are in the middle of a merger that has many elements hinging on Gov funding and next week they are asking their holders to vote on the merger.
Perhaps they have an inner confidence that means they don't need to ask the DPI for clarification at this late stage of negotiations for funding?
