On the 31st of July MR stated that the MILUA would be lodged early August. Early but not on the 1st 2nd 3rd or 4th apparently. There are a couple of ways of looking at this; if we split August into 3, early, middle and late, then the agreement should be lodged by the 10th (the end of next week). If we split August into 2; early and late, then it should be lodged by the 15th, Wednesday week.
If it is not lodged by the 15th another self-proclaimed deadline will have passed, putting more pressure on the the sp and giving the real impression that MR has no idea what is happening with this agreement.
I am hoping that the agreement is lodged by the 15th.
