I am sorry - my fault. Thats the situation:
I am from Germany and would like to buy NUH shares. But this time i couldn´t. The difference is to other shares, lik for example MOY/SLR, is NUH is not listed on the german Markets like Stuttgart,München,Frankfurt and so on.
I can only find it at "nasdaq otc". I know what nasdaq is, but that "otc" confused me.

"Over the counter". Why are they "over the counter", and does it mean, it is impossible for me to buy them?
Now it should be more clear what my problem is :-D .. i was little bit in time-trouble as i posted it first and english is not my mother tongue
