What vehicle is Simon Ashton's shareholding in Greenrock Energy?

That's surprising that Simon is a major shareholder. Greenrock Energy have Scott Spencer as non-Exec director, and we all know the credentails of this guy (i.e ex exec-Director of Hardman Resources).

This company is shaping up to at least provide some capital growth over the short to medium term. They need to get cap raising out of the way first- then some good results from their 'HDR' drilling.
