I's like to add that on the surface the company is very cheaply valued - 28 million for 20 million ounces of reserve grade silver, developed pits and a completed process plant! (Plus 28 million in debt) effectively values the company at 56 million. (What you would have to pay to buy the company and discharge all the liabilities)

This doesn't include any valuation for the resource or exploration upside.
