It continues to vex me that more management do not eat their own cooking in a meaningful amount.
Appreciate that Martin did recently pony up some of his own cash to participate in the capital raising but it is peanuts relative to his salary.
I have also told the CFO Blair that I expect to see more participation in management investing in Sky. He has always given me the "oh yes, we really want to but there is just so much going on we are never able to...". That sly so and so got a whole bunch of shares @12c when he didn't own any before!
So unfortunately we aren't able to tick the 'management eat their own cooking' box on this one.
